How to prepare for an infrared sauna session:

Please make sure you are hydrated before using an infrared sauna. An infrared sauna is meant to make you sweat a lot. You will loose a lot of water from sweating, so make sure you have been drinking water throughout the day.

The infrared sauna can get as hot as 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Come wearing clothing that won’t make you too hot and you feel comfortable sweating in.

A typical infrared sauna session is 30-minutes long. If you are not accustomed to infrared saunas then you may want to reduce how long you are in the sauna. If you are accustomed to infrared saunas then you may be in the sauna upwards towards 45-60 minutes.
