Savannah Brown
Savannah has been coaching athletes for 10 years in various sports. From competing in high levels in the sports of gymnastics, collegiate diving, and now obstacle course racing, Savannah knows and understands what goes into being a high level athlete. She wants to teach her athletes the importance of balancing recovery and training so they can perform at their highest potential.

Megan Drake
Megan isn’t just a certified personal trainer and recovery coach—she’s an avid runner with a personal marathon best of 2:43. Competing in races from challenging mountain sprints to intense 100-mile ultra-trails, Megan knows what it takes to perform at the highest level. Outside of coaching, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, including hiking, camping, snowshoeing, mountaineering, and cross-country skiing. Megan’s goal is to guide you to peak performance through personalized online training and holistic coaching tailored to the needs of runners.
