What is Dry Needling?

Dry needling is the use of thin needles to stimulate the body to heal more quickly or reduce pain. The dry needles are often stimulated with electricity to promote further healing and pain relief.

What does dry needling help?

Dry needling is often used for cervicogenic headaches, rib syndromes, facet joint syndromes, cervical radiculopathy, tendinitis, shoulder impingement, carpal tunnel, TMJ, and epicondylalgia.

Our athletes have used it get over an injury more quickly, get over chronic issues, or get rid of scar tissue.

How does dry needling work?

Dry needling create physiological and psychological stimuli to the body to promote healing and reduce inflammation. By using a specific technique with the needle you are able to help restart healing and break up scar tissue.

Typically a dry needling session is around 15-20 minutes. We charge $30 and an additional $15 for subsequent areas. For those in a plan it is only $15.
