Training and Recovery Package

One and only package that includes every need to be able to correct imbalances, improve performance, and reduce the risk of injury. This membership includes a weekly 30-minute training session, an Evaluation, a monthly cycle training, and the preventative plan.

This package is for anyone wanting to be a healthier athlete, maintain a life of activity and to correct any imbalances in the body. Our goal is to get your body to optimal performance and maintain it.

What are the training sessions like?

Our training is about quality not quantity. Auki training is all about teaching the mind to work properly with your muscle to optimize your movement patterns. During a session our coach will train you on how to do the training correctly. From there you will practice your exercises at home or at a gym.

How often can I use the Preventative Plan?

Our recovery plans are unlimited with no appointment necessary. This means you can come whenever you like. We recommend coming 2-3 times a week to optimize your recovery so that you can have the full benefits of muscle growth and performance enhancement.
