Recovery Coach + Training


A Recovery Coach is here to help you create a plan to optimize your recovery, help you create healthy at-home recovery habits, and help you learn how sports recovery will improve your life. The training is a month long plan created to help you achieve you goals, prevent injury, and educate you on recovery training.


Getting a recovery coach provides you the following

  • Coach’s email where you can email them about any questions or help you may need.
  • One month planned out recovery regiment to achieve your goals (at-home and/or at Athlecare).
  • Accountability from your coach to help you meet your goals and make sure we are improving.

The recovery training is a month plan customized to help you achieve your performance goals, train your body to reduce risk of injury, and to help you learn proper body mechanics

After purchase an Athlecare Trainer will call or email you to get you started.
