Positional Release Therapy

Positional Release Therapy combines the effectiveness of several different techniques to quickly release tight muscles and reduce muscle spasticity.

How does Positional Release Therapy work?

Positional Release Therapy is done by applying pressure to a trigger point to restrict blood flow. Once this is done the muscle is shortened until there is relief. Once in this position the blood is allowed to come back into the muscle. This process tricks the muscle to accept the relaxed position and release tension.

Positional Release Therapy is available in the Recovery Plan. Under the Recovery Plan you can come anytime and as much as you want to get your muscles released with Positional Release Therapy.
