Auki Training Package

Train with an Athlecare Trainer one-on-one to prevent injuries like strains or sprains, stabilize joints, improve balance, and improve overall performance. Trainings will be scheduled twice a week for four weeks.

Trainings are based on neuromuscular, proprioceptive, plyometric, and functional trainings. All of this together is Auki Training.
